Exchange Eligibility

Products may be eligible for exchange only in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Wrong size delivered
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing defect found in the product
• Product received is different from the order placed

Exchange Request Timeline

Customers must raise a exchange request within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Product Condition

To be eligible for exchange, the product must be:

• Unused and unworn
• Unwashed
• With original tags and packaging
• In the same condition as received

Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, perfume smell, alteration, or washing will not be accepted.

Size Exchange

Size exchange may be accepted depending on product availability. If the requested size is not available, our team may suggest an alternative product or suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products may not be eligible for exchange:

• Used or worn products
• Washed or altered products
• Products without tags or original packaging
• Customized or specially made orders
• Clearance sale or discounted products, if mentioned as non-returnable

Opening Video Requirement

For damaged product, missing item, or wrong product claims, customers are advised to share a clear package opening video and product images. This helps us verify the issue properly.

Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you with the next steps. The replacement product will be shipped after the returned product is received and checked by our team.

Shipping Charges For Exchange

If the mistake is from our side, such as wrong product, wrong size, or damaged item delivered, we will assist with the exchange process.

For customer-side size exchange or change request, shipping charges may be applicable.
