Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be applicable only in the following cases:

• Order is cancelled before dispatch
• Product is unavailable after successful order placement
• Wrong product delivered and replacement is not possible
• Damaged or defective product received and exchange is not possible
• Payment deducted but order not confirmed

Refund Approval

All refund requests are subject to verification by our team. Customers may be asked to share order details, product images, payment proof, or package opening video where required.

Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as per the original mode of payment or another approved method.

Refund Timeline

After approval, refunds may take 5 to 10 working days to reflect in the customer’s bank account, card, UPI, wallet, or original payment source, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:

• Product has been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Product is returned without original tags or packaging
• Return request is raised after the allowed timeline
• Customer ordered the wrong size or product by mistake
• Product colour variation due to screen display or lighting difference
• Customized, specially made, clearance sale, or discounted products if marked non-refundable

Refund For Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and is eligible for refund, the paid amount will be refunded after cancellation approval.

Orders that have already been dispatched may not be eligible for direct cancellation and may be handled as per our Return & Exchange Policy.

Payment Failure Or Duplicate Payment

In case of payment failure, duplicate payment, or amount deduction without order confirmation, customers can contact us with payment proof. After verification, the applicable refund will be processed.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, cash handling charges, payment gateway charges, or return shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.
